Proration Schedule
The proration schedule determines the cost responsibility for warranty claims based on the age of the product:

Eligibility Requirements
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To be eligible for warranty service, the following requirements must be met:
- Product must be registered with Fluid Flex
- Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided
- Proof of identity must be presented upon request
- Product must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Negligence, misuse, or abuse of the product
- Improper setup or installation (including setups more than 3 inches out of level)
- Acts of God, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters
- Punctures, cuts, or tears caused by external objects or forces
- Aesthetic blemishes that do not affect product functionality
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage during shipping or transportation
Service Area
Warranty service is available exclusively within the United States of America. Products purchased and used outside the USA are not covered under this warranty program.
