Warranty Eligibility
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To activate your warranty, you must register your product with Fluid Flex and provide proof of identity and proof of purchase (receipt).
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse
- Improper setup (more than 3 inches out of level)
- Acts of God (natural disasters, extreme weather, etc.)
- Punctures or tears caused by external objects
- Aesthetic blemishes that do not affect functionality
