Fluid Flex uses Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”) to power its online commerce platform. Shopify provides the technical infrastructure that allows us to offer the Services.

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable sales tax unless expressly indicated.

6. SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the United States. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of products to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services-including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software—is owned by or licensed to Fluid Flex and is protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Fluid Flex is powered by Shopify. All purchases made through this site are transactions solely between you and Fluid Flex. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or customer service.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions with Fluid Flex.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. Shopify may also collect data as part of providing the platform.
11. FEEDBACK

16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluid Flex and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
