Returns
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

Items that have been installed, filled, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Due to the size and nature of our products:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or verified defect)
Return shipping fees, original shipping costs, and any non-refundable carrier charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide clear photos and relevant details
We will work with you and the carrier to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product, you must:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
